How’s it going my IGC energizers! Just a cute reminder, (IGC) is my acronym for Innergchic! If you’re here it’s obvious you know everything is about energy, which starts with the inner you! I often hear this topic discussed as to who’s the best business people and what makes them who they are. I’ve even been asked myself as to how my start came about. At the beginning and end of the day, we all are people taking consistent steps to better our lives and care for our families. People want to know; when is the right time to jump, leap, or even skip into entrepreneurship? It’s best to be mindful everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I honestly feel most will agree you have to be ready for it. That means you have to be really comfortable with being uncomfortable with quite a few things in life. If pride is a part of your daily outfit, you might want to go back in the closet and find other qualities to mentally wear.
That’s the major key of it all, it’s truly one of the most naked feelings you’ll ever feel, there’s so much uncertainty and aloneness. But the outcome is all the covering you’ll need. There’s a mindset you have to adapt to, relationships you’ll have to analyze if they’re beneficial or not. Often last, but should be listed before the number zero is finances. There is absolutely no way around it, you have to make an investment. Now depending on your goal, and how much money means to you, will let you know how much you need to set aside or have ready. You’ll see money going so fast as if it’s being blown away by the wind the moment it hits your hand. You can’t get in your feelings about it, this isn’t the time to be emotional, save that for your favorite food or something! It’s all part of the plan whether you’re rich, middle class, keeping up with the Jones, social media fronting, or flat out penniless. That was rough right; quite a few statuses huh? We have social media to thank for that one!
One of the most important things I found uncomfortable but turned out to be so beneficial is help. That is a two-way street; at one point in life you’ll end up on both sides of the street. You’ll be the one helping someone and later you’ll be the one being helped. This leads to one truth. We must be conscious of how we view and treat people. I’ve done it all before and still learning. I’ve made hasty decisions and dealt with the wrong people at times before. I’ve done things out of pure love for what I do. I haven’t always gotten paid for it. I know what it means to need genuine help without being made to feel insignificant because you didn’t have the money. I knew this journey wasn’t going to be cheap so to speak because I’m a quality person. I even found myself continuing to put it off at times thinking it would get out of hand. The part I wasn’t prepared for was the numerous hands willing to help and put in just as much work as me because they believed in me. They valued my services and wanted to help wherever they could. I’ve heard the most intimate stories of how I’ve affected their lives that were unbeknownst to me. That’s the beauty in it, at the time that I was there for them, or did something, it wasn’t meant for me to know or understand that. But when I was ready to take the first step, the help was there. I won’t get too much into beliefs and customs, but I will say, what’s for you will be for you and it’ll find you at the right time. Just be sure you’re ready! Until next time, love yourself, appreciate your tribe, and try something new!
